Bizzboo Terms and Conditions

Bizzboo is a digital intermediary platform that connects people booking spaces and buying plans/offers with hosts who publish them.

These Terms apply to mobile app, web and related platform workflows. By using Bizzboo, you accept these conditions as guest, host or general user.

1. Service nature and intermediary role

Bizzboo is not the direct provider of the physical space and is not the main contracting party for space usage between guest and host.

Host and guest keep primary responsibility for space availability and use.
Bizzboo provides technology, workflow orchestration, support, incidents and moderation tools.
Bizzboo may moderate listings/accounts when legal, security or fraud risks exist.

You must be legally able to contract and keep truthful account data.
You are responsible for account activity and credential protection.
Bizzboo may request additional verification or apply restrictions if material risk is detected.

Hosts must have legal authority to offer the space and publish accurate listing data.
Hosts are responsible for permits, taxes, legal compliance and physical delivery conditions.
Misleading content and rights infringement are prohibited.

The current booking flow is P2P: the guest pays the host directly. Bizzboo does not collect or hold the main booking amount.

Bizzboo manages booking requests through review, validation, confirmation, or cancellation stages, together with payment proof submitted by users.
The host reviews payment proof and confirms or rejects the booking request.
Once confirmed, requests are recorded in the platform for operations, traceability, support, and incident handling.

Plans/offers also run under P2P logic: the buyer pays the host directly; Bizzboo does not collect the operational plan amount.

Bizzboo may invoice hosts for platform commissions, applicable taxes, and the total billed amount on approved operations.
Host invoices can be paid through Wompi or other enabled channels.
Legacy model where Bizzboo collected reservation/plan operational payments is excluded.

Status updates, cancellations, and dispute handling depend on the request stage, available evidence, and platform safety and compliance controls.

Fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal content and abuse are prohibited.
Bizzboo may suspend or close accounts for severe breaches.
Account deletion requests can be submitted, subject to legal/security retention limits.

Bizzboo provides intermediary technology services and does not replace direct host-guest obligations for space usage.
